Online Over 50s Fitness Classes


Choose any full one hour class, or, if you have less time to spare, pick a segment, varying from a few minutes to 20minutes. You have gentle warm ups, patterning sequences to help improve that brain muscle, cardio, resistance, stretch and guided relaxations. Each class or segment offer different movements for you to try out. They will help you to increase your stamina, strengthen your muscles, improve your balance and flexibility with plenty of options to cater for different abilities. The beautiful guided relaxations aid recovery and leave you feeling fantastic.
